The President and Prime Minister are working to reshape Somali-Arab relations to achieve maximum benefit for the Somali people through relations that will strengthen Somalia and increase foreign trade, which will benefit the Somali people.


The Arab relations with Somalia are of great importance for the development of the Somali economy and help in facing the drought crisis, because cooperation with other Arab countries will raise the profile of Somalia and gain it a lot.


Saudi Arabia pledged to support Somalia at various levels, especially after the resumption of the export of Somali products to the Kingdom. This came after the meeting of Somali Prime Minister Hamza Abdi with the Saudi ambassador to Somalia


The new Emirati assistance comes after the reopening of Sheikh Zayed Hospital in Mogadishu and the resumption of training of Somali forces, in addition to the UAE's assistance in the rehabilitation and expansion of the Bossaso port.


This progress in the Arab-Somali relations is the result of the tremendous work undertaken by the President and the Prime Minister in developing these relations, especially after the President's visit to the UAE.
