Khatima administration leader meets with Acting Ambassador of China to Somalia
The leader of the Khatima administration, Abdul Qadir Ahmed Fardih, and some officials of his administration held a meeting with the Acting Ambassador of China to Somalia, Chen Wende, and diplomats from the embassy.The meeting between Ferdi and the ambassador focused on how the Chinese government can work closely with his administration and participate in issues of development and humanitarian aid in areas affiliated with Khatima, according to a statement issued from the meeting.
Fardih pointed out that China is the first government to provide a donation to the residents of the Khatama region after their separation from the administration of Somaliland, and he thanked the Chinese government for its generous support and assistance.
The meeting comes within the meetings that Khatima leader holds with leaders of the federal government and the international community during his working visit to the Somali capital, Mogadishu, which he arrived a few days ago.
