The launch of the fourth conference of the National Consultative Council in Mogadishu
The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Hassan Sheikh Mahmoud, inaugurated today the fourth conference of the National Consultative Council, which includes leaders of the federal government and regional states, at the presidential palace in Mogadishu.
During this conference, the Somali leadership at the federal and regional levels will discuss the judiciary, the ongoing military operations, and define the powers of the federal and regional governments, in addition to the distribution of national wealth among the Somali parties.
Participating in the conference, chaired by Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mahmoud, Somali Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Berri and his deputy, Saleh Ahmed Jama, and the heads of the states of Puntland, Saeed Abdullah Dani, Jubaland Ahmed Madobe, Southwest Abdelaziz Laftagrin, Galmudug Ahmed Gore Gore, Hirshebele Ali Godlawi, and the governor of Banadir Yusuf Hussein Jamali.
