Microsoft has launched new tools for online shopping based on artificial intelligence in the "Bing" search engine and the "Edge" browser. These tools provide many advantages to consumers, ensuring their convenience and increasing their adoption of the remote shopping method.

Microsoft said that artificial intelligence techniques allow the shopper to create personalized purchasing guides with product suggestions and smart comparison tables that display similar item specifications.

These new tools from Microsoft are available on the Bing search engine and the Edge browser. These tools also allow the consumer to find the right prices in addition to the appropriate timing for purchase, and there is also a cost matching feature that can constantly monitor the price of a specific product, with an alert in the event of a decrease in the price.
