A delegation from Puntland discusses with the Ethiopian government cooperation in the fields of trade and investment

 On Wednesday, the Minister of State in the Ethiopian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Mesgano Arga, received a delegation from the Somali state of Puntland, headed by the Minister of Finance in the state government, Mohamed Farah Mohamed, in Addis Ababa.

The two sides discussed trade and investment cooperation, as well as cooperation in the field of energy and joint infrastructure projects to enhance and expand bilateral relations. The Minister of Finance said: Puntland wants to strengthen its relationship with Ethiopia, stressing the importance of focusing on trade and developing economic infrastructure.

For his part, Ambassador Misgano said that Ethiopia is committed to establishing relations with the Puntland administration, and stated that his country is ready to cooperate with it in various fields.
