Berri said that it is necessary to preserve the rights of government employees to ensure the presence of reliable and competent employees, calling on his cabinet to consult his office before taking any action in this matter.

 The Prime Minister’s decision comes at a time when many government employees fear losing their jobs due to the political changes in the country, as he wants to make the Somali people feel safe and secure again, and that they have rights that will not be wasted, and this is what the Somali president and prime minister are seeking.
